Graduates in the News

NLC Class 26 classmates Mike Jones and James Walker were featured in a Plain Dealer article about their work with ex-offenders. Click here to read the article.

NLC graduate Blaine Griffin (Class 5) was recently elected Vice Chair of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party. While NLI is a nonpartisan organization, we encourage our graduates to participate in the political processes that shape our democracy.

NLC graduate Barbara Anderson (Class 16) attended this year's Cannes Film Festival. She is featured in "Cleveland vs. Wall Street," a film about the foreclosure crisis. See a clip here. Read more about the film here. Listen to Barbara being interviewed about the film here. Barbara's work in her Slavic Village neighborhood was also highlighted in an article in the January 2010 edition of Cleveland Magazine.
