Mt. Pleasant Comprehensive Community Revitalization Plan

For the past several years, Cleveland’s Mt. Pleasant neighborhood has been engaged in a community-wide planning process. A major outcome of that process is the development of the Mt. Pleasant Comprehensive Community Revitalization Plan.
The plan outlines strategies for revitalization in four key areas:
- Economic Development
- Education
- Physical Environment
- Community and Family Empowerment
