Community Use of Afterschool Sites

Afterschool programs are now open at the new John Adams High School. The site coordinator is Gene Young, who served for many years as the football coach at Adams.

Now that the school is open in the evening, Lillie Bell, a graduate of both John Adams and Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland (Class 14), has begun to use the site for meetings of the Cleveland Education Committee and the Ward 2 Democratic Club.

Over on the West Side, NLC graduate Ian Heisey (Class 10) has used the afterschool site at John Marshall High School to host meetings of the Cleveland Education Committee.
