Community Health Initiatives
Healthier Families. Stronger Communities.
At NLI, we know that health isn’t just personal — it’s communal. From maternal support to neighborhood-based wellness programs, our health initiatives address the real-life needs of Cleveland families. We meet people where they are, honor their experiences, and walk alongside them toward vibrant, connected, and healthier lives.
